Refund Policy
Last Updated: 13 October 2026
This policy follows the Academy's supplied policy draft: eligible refund requests must be raised within 24 hours and before attending a live class. Please also read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. When a Refund Request May Be Considered
Where a refund is permitted, you must request it within 24 hours of enrolment/payment and before attending any live class. The request must relate to the course and payment that you identify so the Academy can verify the record.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. A request is reviewed against the information submitted, the course status, the payment record and applicable law; sending a request does not by itself mean a refund has been approved.
2. Cases That Are Not Refundable Under the Academy Policy
- Fees for live classes already attended.
- Fees attributable to recorded content or learning material that has already been accessed or downloaded.
- Requests made outside the 24-hour request window or after a live class has been attended, except where the Academy agrees otherwise in writing or a refund is required by applicable law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email info@ujjwalsacademy.in from the email address associated with your Academy account. Use the subject line “Refund Request — Ujjwal's Academy” and include your full name, registered email address, course name, enrolment/payment date, amount and UPI transaction reference/UTR. Include a concise explanation of the request.
Do not include your UPI PIN, bank password, card CVV, bank login details or any OTP in the request. The Academy may ask for proportionate information needed to identify the transaction. If proof is requested, share only information necessary for verification.
4. Payment Verification and Decision
The current website uses manual UPI payment verification. The Academy will check the payment reference and available transaction information before deciding a payment-related request. A submitted UTR or screenshot alone does not establish that funds were received.
The Academy will communicate its decision and, if a refund is approved, the applicable method and expected processing steps in writing. Timing may depend on verification, banking/UPI-provider processing and applicable requirements. The Academy does not promise an automatic or immediate refund.
5. Course Transfers and Batch Changes
A request to transfer to another course or batch may be considered subject to availability and written confirmation from the Academy. A transfer is not automatic and may depend on the status of the current enrolment and the availability of the requested course or batch.
6. Class Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a confirmed class or batch, contact the Academy as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation; this policy does not promise that every requested change can be accommodated.
If the Academy cancels or reschedules a class or batch, for example because an instructor is unavailable, affected students will be offered an alternative session or another reasonable remedy communicated by the Academy.
7. Free Demo Classes
Free demo classes are subject to availability and scheduling. If you need to change a demo booking, contact the Academy as early as possible. A free demo does not create an obligation to purchase a paid course.
8. Contact and Grievances
For refund, cancellation, course-transfer or rescheduling questions, contact the Academy at info@ujjwalsacademy.in. Please include the relevant course and enrolment details so the team can review the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.
