Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 13 October 2026
These Terms reflect the current website, email-verified account flow, course enrolment process and manual UPI payment verification. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of https://ujjwalsacademy.in and the spoken English and English communication learning services offered by Ujjwal's Academy (the “Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to website visitors, account holders, students and other users of the services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting a demo or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. Any mandatory acceptance step shown during registration or checkout must also be completed.
3. Eligibility
The services are intended for people seeking to improve English speaking and communication skills. You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement or use the services with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. The Academy may refuse or restrict access where information is materially inaccurate, unlawful activity is suspected or these Terms are breached.
4. Registration and Accounts
Some features require an account and verified email address. Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised use to info@ujjwalsacademy.in. Do not share your account or use another person's account.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, accurate and complete registration and enrolment information and to update it when necessary. Incorrect contact details may affect email verification, support, class scheduling, enrolment or payment verification.
6. Courses and Educational Services
The Academy offers Foundation, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced spoken English and communication courses. Course pages describe the current curriculum, session count, duration, price and delivery format. Schedules, instructor assignments and curriculum details may be reasonably updated to improve or operate the service; material changes affecting existing students will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
7. Enrolment and Course Access
To enrol, you must submit the required account information and follow the applicable checkout and payment-verification steps. For paid courses using the current manual UPI workflow, submitting a UTR or payment proof does not by itself confirm enrolment. The Academy confirms the transaction and activates access after an authorised administrator verifies payment. Access duration and any expiry are as shown on the course page or communicated in the enrolment confirmation.
8. Free Demo Classes
Free demo classes may be offered subject to availability and scheduling. Booking a demo does not oblige you to purchase a course, and it does not oblige the Academy to offer a paid enrolment. Contact the Academy as early as possible if you need to change a demo booking; any change is subject to availability and confirmation.
9. Fees, Pricing and Taxes
Course prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR) on the website. The price and any applicable tax or charge shown at checkout or in the enrolment confirmation apply to that transaction. The Academy may change prices for future enrolments; a price change will not alter a course fee already paid and confirmed. Tax treatment depends on applicable law and the Academy's registration status; any applicable tax will be shown or documented as required.
10. Payment Processing and Verification
The current website uses a manual UPI workflow rather than an integrated automatic payment gateway. You complete payment in your own UPI application and submit the transaction reference/UTR and any requested supporting details through the website. An authorised administrator reviews the details against the received transaction before marking a payment successful and activating course access.
Never disclose your UPI PIN, bank password, card CVV or net-banking password to the Academy or enter them into this website. If a transaction is pending, failed, duplicated, disputed or appears unauthorised, contact your bank/UPI provider and info@ujjwalsacademy.in promptly. A transaction reference alone is not proof that the Academy received funds.
11. Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Refund requests, where permitted, must be submitted within 24 hours of enrolment/payment and before the learner has attended any live class. Fees for classes already attended and recorded material already accessed or downloaded are non-refundable under the Academy's stated policy, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Course or batch transfers may be considered subject to availability and written confirmation from the Academy. Requests to reschedule a confirmed class or batch are also subject to availability and confirmation. If the Academy cancels or reschedules a class or batch, affected students will be offered an alternative session or another reasonable remedy.
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how to submit a request. No refund is automatic merely because a request is sent; the Academy will review the request and communicate its decision. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Course Duration and Expiry
Course duration and access validity are as specified on the course page or enrolment confirmation. Access to a dashboard, live-class links or learning materials may end when the stated access period expires. Extensions, if available, require confirmation by the Academy and may involve an additional fee disclosed before the extension is accepted.
13. Classes, Attendance and Technical Issues
Students should join scheduled classes on time, follow instructor directions and maintain a suitable device and internet connection. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to notify students of schedule or instructor changes. If a class is interrupted by technical problems or unforeseen circumstances, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or arrange an alternative. Continuous, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
14. Student Responsibilities
- Use the course and website lawfully and for personal educational purposes.
- Treat instructors, staff and other students respectfully.
- Maintain a suitable device, internet connection and learning environment for online classes.
- Provide accurate details, submit genuine payment references and cooperate with legitimate payment-verification requests.
- Respect the privacy, safety and intellectual property rights of other users and the Academy.
15. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
Course content, curriculum, lesson materials, recordings, PDFs, presentations, exercises, logos, website design and other Academy materials belong to the Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the materials for your own non-commercial learning during the applicable access period.
16. Copyright Concerns
Do not copy, distribute, resell, publish, sublicense or commercially exploit Academy materials without prior written permission. If you believe material on the website infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact info@ujjwalsacademy.in with details of the material and the concern.
17. Prohibited Activities
A violation may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of submitted content, and further action where appropriate and permitted by law.
- Harassing, threatening, abusive or discriminatory behaviour.
- Sharing credentials or accessing another person's account without permission.
- Recording, screen-capturing, photographing or livestreaming a class or learning material without written permission.
- Copying, uploading, distributing or reselling course materials without authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or interfere with the website, services or another user's account.
- Submitting false payment information, using unauthorised payment methods or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Impersonating a person or entity or violating applicable law or third-party rights.
18. Feedback and Testimonials
If you voluntarily submit feedback, a review or testimonial, you confirm it is truthful and does not infringe another person's rights. The Academy will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable student feedback for public promotional purposes, where required. You may contact info@ujjwalsacademy.in if you have a concern about the use of your submission.
19. Service Communications
The Academy may use your supplied contact details to send account verification, course, enrolment, payment, class-schedule and support messages necessary to provide the service. Promotional communications should be sent only where permitted. You may opt out of promotional messages through the provided option or by contacting info@ujjwalsacademy.in; this will not prevent essential service messages.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The website relies on or may link to third-party services for hosting, database operations, email delivery, UPI transactions, scheduling, meetings or communications. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. The Academy does not control their independent availability or practices.
21. Educational Disclaimer
The Academy provides education and skill-development services in spoken English and communication. Results depend on factors such as individual effort, attendance, practice and prior proficiency. Course information is educational in nature and is not professional, immigration, employment or examination-specific advice unless explicitly stated for a particular service.
22. No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Academy does not promise any particular level of fluency, examination score, interview, job offer, promotion, salary increase or career outcome. Individual testimonials or examples do not guarantee that another learner will achieve the same result.
23. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, connectivity issues and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
24. Suspension, Termination and Account Closure
The Academy may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached, payment activity is fraudulent, account details are materially false, or the website/services are misused, subject to applicable law. You may request account closure by emailing info@ujjwalsacademy.in from your registered email address. Records may be retained where required for lawful accounting, security, dispute-resolution or legal purposes.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the website or services. Where liability is established, any limitation will apply only to the extent allowed by law and will not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
26. User Responsibility for Breaches
You may be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraud or material breach of these Terms, to the extent provided by applicable law. Nothing in this section creates liability beyond what applicable law permits.
27. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://www.ujjwalsacademy.in/privacy and applicable law. The Privacy Policy describes the information collected, how it is used, service providers, retention, security and how to raise data-related requests.
28. Changes to Courses, Prices or Services
The Academy may update course structure, instructors, schedules, services or prices for future enrolments. A course fee already paid and confirmed will not be changed retroactively. Where a change materially affects an ongoing enrolment, the Academy will provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy where required.
29. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised to reflect changes in services, operations or applicable law. The latest version and its last-updated date will appear on this page. Material changes may be communicated to existing users where appropriate.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection and other legal rights that apply to the user.
31. Disputes and Jurisdiction
If you have a dispute, please first contact info@ujjwalsacademy.in so the Academy can review it. Any dispute will be subject to competent courts and forums under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching a forum or authority where applicable law permits.
